Ugo Osoh is a Certified Public Accountant and a Licensed Insurance Agent. As founder of Ugochukwu Osoh, CPA LLC (Ugo) is responsible for the tax and financial service areas of his practice.

These services include tax planning and preparation, accounting, auditing, third party verification letters, financial consulting for business owners and managers, and IRS tax debt resolution.

20 YEARS IN THE TAX AND ACCOUNTING INDUSTRY

Ugo started his career in 2006 as a Staff accountant with Superior Engineered Products, a mid-sized construction company in Baltimore, MD and was promoted to the role of CFO/Vice President before leaving the company in 2014.

During his tenure with Superior, Ugo was responsible financial reporting, internal auditing and working with the company’s external audits during the annual audit. Ugo qualified as a licensed CPA in 2010. Ugo also worked several years for Intuit and HR Block preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses. Ugo Osoh also has experience in the public sector where he occupies the roles of Director of Finance and CFO for more than 5 years in the State of Maryland.

As a starting point to establish his own practice, Ugo began teaming with small CPA firms to increase his expertise in various accounting, auditing, attestation, and tax services.

Today Ugo Osoh, CPA is a highly respected and successful tax and accounting practice in Maryland. Our expertise and word-of-mouth referrals have established a practice of highly personalized tax, accounting, and financial services for businesses and individuals.
